Refund Policy

Eligibility and Timeframe

Customers typically have 14 days from delivery to request returns for defects, wrong items, or damage—not change of mind. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags, and crystals/jewelry undamaged (natural inclusions are not defects).

Return Process

• Contact via email/form with order details and photos.
• Receive return label (customer pays shipping unless your fault).
• Inspect upon receipt; approve within 3-5 business days.
